Kevin Aussef

Kevin Aussef is the President of CBRE’s U.S. Private Investor Capital Markets platform and a member of the Capital Markets leadership team. In this role, he is focused on accelerating the growth of CBRE’s private investor business, serving developers, owner-operators, high-net-worth individuals, family offices, private capital, and non-traded REITs.

Kevin previously served as Chief Operating Officer for CBRE’s Capital Markets business across the U.S. where he helped lead strategic initiatives, operational excellence, and technology transformation across the business. Prior to that, he was President of Investment Properties, overseeing both institutional and private investor businesses.

Kevin serves on the Advisory Board of Claremont Graduate University’s Peter F. Drucker School of Management and is a member of the Urban Land Institute’s Urban Development Mixed-Use Platinum Council.
