Blackstone Security Services of Texas, Inc. Signs New Lease at Tri-State Plaza in El Paso

El Paso – April 14, 2021 – CBRE announced that Blackstone Security Services of Texas, Inc. has signed a new 2,483-sq.-ft. office lease at 6090 Surety Drive in El Paso. The growing organization is relocating from 7717 Lockheed Drive, Suite D and will move into the new space in June 2021.

Phoenix-based Blackstone Security Services, Inc. is an award-winning, private security company that provides quality security services to the public and private sectors across the Southwest region. They have been in the El Paso area for 10 years and will be using their new space to expand their operations and manage their growing client-base.

CBRE’s Rebecca Rojas and Andre Rocha represented the landlord, Sixty Ninety, in the transaction.

“Blackstone Security Services of Texas, Inc. will be a great addition to the professional tenant mix at Tri-State Plaza,” said Mr. Rocha, an Associate at CBRE. Tri-State Plaza is a four-story, Class A office building with ample parking. The property is nearby many amenities including the Bassett Place Mall, restaurants, hotels and the Medical Center of the Americas. Additionally, it is conveniently located close to the El Paso International Airport, Interstate 10 and Highway 54.
