Eric R. Stucky, MAI, is Senior Managing Director and Head of Southern California, Arizona, and Hawaii for CBRE’s Valuation & Advisory Services (VAS). Eric has 30 years real estate appraisal and consulting experience, with 25 of those years in various roles for CBRE.
During his career with CBRE, Eric has excelled in several positions. He was promoted to his current position after serving as Managing Director for VAS in Los Angeles where he was awarded the President’s Performance Award. This award recognizes CBRE professionals who have distinguished themselves through financial excellence.
Additionally, Eric managed the Los Angeles multifamily valuation team. He has extensive experience with Class A, institutional-quality assets, mixed-use apartment and commercial projects and ground-leased assets. This experience includes some of the largest multifamily assets and transactions in Southern California.
